Pricing questions

What counts as a concurrent stream-hour?

One active stream, connected for one hour, metered per session regardless of resolution or frame rate. Partial hours are metered proportionally.

Do you charge extra to connect our render or inference host?

No. Pricing is per concurrent stream-hour delivered; the frame hand-off connection and QoE dashboard are included at every tier.

Can we run a proof of concept before committing?

Yes: the Evaluate tier is free up to 10 concurrent streams, and the design partner program includes free integration.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Growth-tier usage pricing has no minimum commitment. Enterprise/Reliability-tier SLAs are negotiated separately.
